Refund Policy — Domo Media Library

At Domo Media Library, we provide instant access to digital products immediately after purchase. Since these are non-returnable digital items, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.

No Refund Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind
  • You purchased by mistake
  • You thought the content would be different
  • You no longer need the product
  • You don't know how to use the files
  • You do not have the tools to edit/use the videos
  • You claim non-delivery while access is already granted

Refunds Only in Valid Exceptional Cases

A refund may be approved only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment)
  • Payment was deducted, but you did not receive access even after manual verification

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the Domo Media Library support team.

Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after approval.

Access Issues

If you face any issue accessing the Google Drive folder, we will:

  • Re-share the access
  • Provide an alternate drive link
  • Provide a downloadable ZIP upon request

We ensure issue resolution within 24 hours.
